Here We Go is the trading name of Studio Kappal Pte Ltd (UEN: 202343305Z), a Singapore-incorporated digital agency offering services including Shopify Plus development, conversion rate optimization, SEO & AEO, UI & UX design, web development, and digital marketing.

3. Our Services

Specific project deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope of work for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will take precedence for that engagement.

Enquiries submitted through our website (e.g. via the contact form or a booked call) do not constitute a binding agreement to provide services. A formal engagement begins only once both parties have agreed to a scope of work.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Here We Go or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
• Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer to that client, as set out in the relevant service agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless a client has specifically requested confidentiality.

5. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage us for services, you agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate information, assets, and feedback necessary for us to complete the work
• Secure any necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for materials you provide to us (e.g. brand assets, images, copy)
• Make payments in accordance with the terms set out in your service agreement or invoice

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Here We Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Webflow, or Framer). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, or policies of these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms of service.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in the course of a project engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required to deliver the project (e.g. to subcontractors bound by similar confidentiality obligations) or as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of fees for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
